Nantong Energy has obtained ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management system certifications. It holds multiple manufacturing and design licenses, including those for the design of fixed and transportable pressure containers, as well as for Stress Analysis Design (SAD) of pressure containers. Additionally, Nantong Energy has acquired the ASME U&U2 stamps, manufacturing licenses for Class 3 civil nuclear safety pressure containers, and STC-NF1A manufacturing licenses for new fuel transport containers. The company boasts a professional quality team of over 80 members, with its physicochemical laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) for more than 30 testing capabilities. The non-destructive testing department comprises over 20 personnel with intermediate (Level II) qualifications, 13 holding advanced (Level III) certifications. The team includes one expert appointed by the China Special Equipment Inspection Association and is equipped with multiple industry-leading digital radiography inspection systems, demonstrating solid hardware and software capabilities for inspection and testing.
Innovation&Development
Nantong Energy boasts an array of research and innovation platforms, including being certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, having a Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, a Jiangsu Provincial Industrial Design Center, and being recognized as a Jiangsu Provincial Specialized, New, and High-quality Small Giant Enterprise. It possesses core technologies such as simulation analysis, super low-temperature technology, and strain strengthening technology. Holding the first A+D+SAD-grade pressure vessel design qualification certificate in China, the company has presided over or participated in the revision of multiple national and industry standards for pressure vessels, and has accumulatively obtained over 70 independent patents. Currently, the company employs more than 90 research and development technicians, among which there are over 20 senior engineers, more than 20 individuals with master's degrees or higher, and 2 Jiangsu Provincial Industrial Professors. It has established "industry-academia-research" cooperation with universities and research institutions such as Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang University, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute, and China Institute for Radiation Protection, continuously enhancing its scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
Production Ability
Nantong Energy boasts 8 fully automated production lines, seven major manufacturing workshops, and a state-of-the-art MES system. With an annual comprehensive production capacity of 9,000 units/sets, the company is equipped with more than 500 sets of advanced welding and processing equipment such as SAF welding machines, over 100 sets of vacuum equipment, more than 10 sets of environmental protection equipment including RTO paint waste gas treatment systems, and over 20 valve CNC machines... It has successively been awarded titles such as "Intelligent Workshop in Nantong City," "Intelligent Demonstration Workshop in Jiangsu Province," "Pilot and Demonstration Enterprise for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization," and "High-end Equipment Research and Catch-up Project in Jiangsu Province." Currently, the company employs over 800 skilled workers across more than ten trades including welders, riveters, and fitters. Over 100 workers have obtained junior, intermediate, and senior skill level certificates for their respective trades, with 27 technicians, 19 nuclear-grade welders, 6 senior technicians, and 1 individual honored with the title of "Chief Technician of Nantong City."

Within the system of lean ONE, the essence of lean production is "Lean ONE," which emphasizes "involvement of all in improvement." It conducts lean management and control across all aspects, including safety, quality, cost, cash flow, delivery, and efficiency, etc.. By adopting production methods that completely eliminate waste and efficient working practices, and by promoting and managing various lean activities at different levels, the company upgrades its improvement efforts to a synchronized and integrated improvement across the entire value chain, extending this to a systematic improvement system that encompasses customers and suppliers.
